What happens when I submit a book order?
Quick version:
Celeste pays the printer, you pay Celeste, the printer sends you books, everybody's happy.
Long story:
When you hit the "Order" button Celeste receives an email with the information you submitted. She uses this info to put in an order to the printer. (Since the printer won't work without payment in advance, at this point Celeste pays for your order.) The printer sets the shipping cost and sales tax (where applicable) and gives an estimated delivery date. Celeste uses that information to create an invoice. She emails you the invoice, requesting payment upon receipt. When the printer ships your order to you, they inform Celeste, and she emails you the delivery information, including any tracking numbers.
SHIPPING - USA
Books are shipped from the printer via UPS or US Postal Service. When your order is submitted to the printer, you will be emailed an estimated delivery date (normally about 10 days). When your order is shipped you will receive an email with the order's tracking number (if applicable).
Shipping rates are based on the number of books you order.

Upon ordering, you will be emailed an estimated delivery date (normally about 10 days). When your order is shipped you will receive an email with the order's tracking number.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If your book is damaged when you receive it, you can return it and receive either a refund of the cost of the book or a replacement copy. (Shipping and sales tax cannot be refunded.)
PAYMENT
When Celeste receives your order submission, you will be emailed an invoice with a breakdown of the cost of the books, discount amounts, shipping, and any applicable taxes. The invoice will give details of payment options, which include check (for US orders), credit card (via PayPal), and PayPal transfer. Payment is requested upon your receipt of the invoice.

BULK ORDERS
Orders of 10 or more copies of The Road to Bethlehem will receive 20% off the Amazon retail cost of the books (tax and shipping not included).
Orders of 10 or more copies of Soul Food will receive 30% off the Amazon retail cost of the books (tax and shipping not included).
Contact Celeste directly to find out about additional discounts for purchases of more than 50 copies of either book.
